By making a booking, accessing the site, or using any B & M Saunas Ltd facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.
Please bring a water bottle, non-slip footwear, swimwear, a towel to sit on, and a towel to dry off after your session.
Use all facilities voluntarily and ensure you are physically fit to participate. If you are pregnant or have any heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, respiratory condition, or any other medical condition that may be affected by heat exposure or cold-water immersion, you should seek medical advice before using the facilities. Do not use the sauna or cold plunge while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Leave the facilities immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell, or experience any unusual symptoms.
Use of the facilities is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years and over only. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use the facilities under any circumstances.
Follow all posted instructions and staff guidance, shower before use, wear appropriate swimwear, respect session time limits, and behave considerately towards other guests.
Alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, glass items, dangerous or reckless behaviour, harassment of other guests, and tampering with any equipment are strictly prohibited.
Cold-water immersion carries inherent risks, including cold shock and changes in heart rate and blood pressure. Enter gradually and only if you feel comfortable doing so.
You are responsible for monitoring your own condition and must stop using the facilities immediately if you feel unwell.
B & M Saunas Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, equipment, or property through misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.
Access codes are issued for the booked session only, must not be shared, and may be deactivated if misuse is suspected.
External CCTV may operate for security and safety purposes. No CCTV is installed inside the sauna, cold plunge, changing rooms, or toilet facilities.
In an emergency, call 112 or 999 immediately and notify B & M Saunas Ltd as soon as it is safe to do so.
All bookings are subject to the published cancellation and refund policy. Late arrival does not extend the session end time.
B & M Saunas Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry, deny access, or remove any guest from the premises, without refund where appropriate, if they breach these Terms, behave in an unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive manner, or if management reasonably believes their presence may pose a risk to themselves, other guests, staff, or the facilities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Irish law. Subject to that, B & M Saunas Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from misuse of the facilities, failure to follow safety instructions, or participation in sauna or cold-plunge activities except where caused by the negligence of B & M Saunas Ltd.
By completing a booking, entering the premises, or using an access code, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and agree to comply with all site rules and safety requirements.
